Mashable.com recently released an interesting infographic created by Microsoft on the past, present and future of email.

How Does Zendio Work? Zendio is simple to use. You don’t need to take any additional steps when you send your emails. An easy software download installs the email tracking software add in into your Microsoft Outlook and instantly enables you to track your emails, receive read and click-through notifications and provides access to additional data and features.

Simply turn on Zendio to start getting notifications sent right to your inbox	Once you install Zendio, a simple click will open the program and install it in Microsoft Outlook. By default Zendio is now activated and automatically tracking when someone reads your email or clicks a link. Of course, you can disable the notifications at any time.

Your Emails Stay Private

You emails do not pass through our servers	You don't have to worry about the content of your emails being exposed or available to anyone at Zendio because they never pass through our servers. Here's what happens: Our technology simply puts a small pixel into your email. That's it. You still send your email through your own ISP. The only things we keep on file in your Zendio analytics for your access are: The subject line. Without that, it would be hard for you to review read tracking and analytics on past emails. The recipient's email address The date and time sent Times and locations where email was read Times and locations where links embedded in email were clicked So there's no need to worry. The contents of your emails are not accessible to anyone at Zendio.
