It's so refreshing to hear how our customers are using Zendio for better email communications. What really puts a smile on our face is the residual benefits that our customers receive, like peace of mind. Recently, a customer shared an experience regarding Zendio's tracking feature which allows for the user to know when an email was read, how many times it was read and whether the recipient clicked on any links within the email or forwarded the email to other individuals.
