A common question we get is how Zendio email tracking differs from an email read receipt in Microsoft Outlook. As we will explain, Zendio offers a far more robust and reliable service when it comes to tracking emails.
Zendio Celebrates One Year Serving Business Professionals Through Its Email Tracking Plug-in and Worldwide Reach
Posted Tuesday, January 15, 2013
SARASOTA, Fla., Jan 15, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Since its launch over one year ago, Zendio, the Microsoft Outlook email tracking plug-in created by XL Technologies has helped an impressive number of users track email communications. Even more encouraging for this young software, is the fact that Zendio users span across the entire globe.
Recent internal data taken earlier this fall reflected nearly half a million users have received emails using Zendio. Of those users, Zendio reaches nearly every continent with users in the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Norway, Pakistan, Brazil, and India. "We are so pleased to see Zendio making an impact worldwide," says Robert Dodd, CEO of XL Technologies. "Our hope was that Zendio would be a useful tool for all business professionals and these statistics reveal just that. This is a milestone moment for us."
XL Technologies released Zendio in September 2011 as a way for business professionals to gain insight into their email communications. Zendio is a Microsoft Outlook plug-in created to automatically track emails once the user downloads and installs the product. Unlike other applications, Zendio works automatically to track emails, alerting the user through email notifications and providing insight into how recipients are interacting with their emails.
According to Dodd, "email communications are illuminated" with Zendio. Users can learn the best time to send an email and gain insight into the reading patterns of their recipients. Zendio also offers an email stationery creator which produces branded templates for communications. Zendio is the second product release from XL Technologies. Their first product, eCampaignPro, was released in 2001, and is a leading email marketing tool used by tens of thousands in the real estate industry. As a company with its roots in email, it was a logical step to bring mass email tools and insights to the individual email level. For Robert Dodd, it is a confirmed success. "It has always been our goal to create products that employ technology to work in concert with the business goals of our users. This staggering data says we're doing what we set out to do."
