A: This is because we were unable to accurately determine the remote IP address of the recipient’s computer.

Q: Can the map tell where the person is located?
A: Yes and no. We use IP geolocation technology to determine the approximate location of the recipient. The IP address usually maps to where the ISP of the user is located. A: This graph represents what times a particular recipient opens their email. By knowing this you can send emails based on when you are most likely to get a quick response. You can also use this information to follow-up with a particular recipient. For example, Robert usually reads his email at 10 am and 3pm therefore, if I want to contact Robert I should do it at those times.
